Thursday:
9.30 – 11.15am (includes 20 mins Meditation)
Yolanda’s classes are most suitable for beginners. However the Tues evening class is a slightly pacier and stronger class, and would best suit an intermediate level or someone with a good level of fitness.
The Yoga style is classical HATHA… ‘Yolanda style’… very do-able and very unique. Yolanda’s classes are holistic and nurturing, incorporating yogic breathing (pranayama), deep relaxation, chakra clearing-energizing and a philosophy for positive daily living. Her beautiful studio/sanctuary is a true haven for peace and calm in a busy city and is set up for comfort… the floor is heated in winter and is naturally cooled in summer.
