Maximum of 12 attendees per session… and the studio floor is heated in winter – blissful! 

Session times (bookings essential)…

Wednesday:   6.30 – 7.45pm (St Kilda studio)

Friday:   9.30 – 10.45am (Mt Martha – Mornington Peninsula)

Yolanda’s classes are most suitable for beginners.  However the Weds evening session is a little more athletic and would best suit someone with a good level of fitness. 

Yoga classes are classical HATHA ‘Yolanda style’… very do-able & unique as well as holistic and nurturing.  Incorporating classical yoga poses (asanas), yogic breathing (pranayama), deep relaxation (yoga nidra), chakra clearing-energizing and a philosophy for positive daily living.  Stretch and Strengthen your body.

Meditation classes – easy and effortless – coming into stillness… giving yourself space and time-out. Learn how to just sit and ‘let go of stress/anxiety’… calming, soothing & regenerating.

Yolanda’s beautiful studio/sanctuary is a true haven for peace and calm in a busy city and is set up for comfort… the floor is heated in winter and is naturally cooled in summer.
